Terms & Conditions — p789 User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document and any supplementary policies published by p789.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria. To register and maintain an active p789 Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity);
• Possess a valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages;
• Not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of p789 or any affiliated entity;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, from any gambling operator or regulatory body;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Philippine law.

2.2 Registration Process. To create a p789 Account, you are required to provide your Philippine mobile number, create a password, and verify your number via SMS OTP. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) active p789 Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

2.4 Accuracy of Information. You agree not to impersonate any other person or provide false information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform. Any Account found to be registered with fraudulent, false, or incomplete identity information may be suspended immediately and all funds held pending verification or legal disposition.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p789 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. p789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you believe or suspect that your p789 Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify p789 immediately via the official support channels. p789 will investigate such reports promptly and may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). p789 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including as a condition of processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, passport, and PRC ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that records no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. p789 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with any schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by SMS prior to any fee being applied.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your p789 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on any active Bonus Balance. p789 may also close Accounts at its discretion where a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. p789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). p789 does not currently accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit at p789 is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 via bank transfer. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the Account section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. p789 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion.

4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to a Player's Account within 60 seconds of the transfer being completed. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to appear, depending on the processing times of the sending institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by p789 within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 3 minutes of approval. p789 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.5 Own-Account Requirement. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any payment received from a third-party payment source may be returned, and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. p789 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. p789 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into any Account, and to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending satisfactory explanation of any unusual transaction patterns.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers provided by p789 are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Players must satisfy these requirements before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each bonus are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. All p789 bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Player's Bonus Balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. p789 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonuses and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk, exploitation of errors or misquoted odds, collusion between multiple Accounts to complete wagering requirements, or any other conduct inconsistent with legitimate recreational gambling.

5.5 p789's Discretion. p789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions with reasonable notice where practicable. p789 also reserves the right to determine which players qualify for specific promotional offers.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the p789 Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating. p789 is not responsible for outcomes resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games on the p789 Platform — including slots, dice games, and instant-win games — use independently certified RNG systems. Certification is maintained on an ongoing basis to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated in favor of p789 or any player.

6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games on the p789 Platform are conducted in real time using physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by trained professional dealers. Live game results are final once declared by the dealer and confirmed by the game system. Technical disconnections during live play are governed by each game's individual technical failure policy.

6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect display of odds or payouts, p789 reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the corresponding stakes to Players' Real Money Balances. p789 is not liable to honor payouts resulting from software malfunctions, technical errors, or human error in game configuration.

6.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on the p789 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published on the Platform. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Placed bets are final and binding. p789 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in odds quotation has been identified prior to event commencement.

7.1 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p789 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or access the game lobby;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and multi-player tournaments;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in p789's system to gain an advantage, and failing to report such errors to p789 support immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the p789 Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p789 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' Accounts or to p789's systems;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.

7.2 Consequences. Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, p789 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: suspend or permanently terminate the offending Account; freeze and forfeit any balance in the Account; recover any winnings paid out that were obtained through prohibited conduct; and report the matter to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities including PAGCOR.

8.1 Commitment to Player Wellbeing. p789 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our obligation to promote responsible gaming seriously — consistent with the standards promoted by PAGCOR for licensed online gambling operators in the Philippines.

8.2 Player Protection Tools. p789 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount that may be deposited into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over specified time periods;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic alerts and session end prompts when a specified playing duration is reached;
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net session result;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term suspension of the Account upon the Player's request, with a minimum term of 6 months.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from p789 must contact the support team directly. Once a self-exclusion is activated, p789 will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration and will not direct marketing communications to the excluded Player. 8.4 Player Responsibility. By using the p789 Platform, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own gambling decisions. p789 encourages all players to set personal limits and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity for adults aged 21 and over — it is not a strategy for generating income.

9.1 Ownership. All content, materials, and intellectual property on the p789 Platform — including but not limited to the p789 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and source code — are the exclusive property of p789 or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License. p789 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. This license does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content; modify or create derivative works; use p789's trademarks or branding for any commercial purpose; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Games and other content provided by third-party game developers and studios on the p789 Platform remain the intellectual property of those respective providers. Your use of those games is additionally subject to the applicable provider's licensing terms.

10.1 Platform Availability. p789 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond p789's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. p789 will not be liable for any losses incurred by Players as a result of platform unavailability during such periods.

10.2 Excluded Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p789 shall not be liable to any Player for: loss of profits, anticipated savings, or business opportunity; loss of data or goodwill; indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; or any losses arising from technical failures of third-party payment processors including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions.

10.3 Gambling Losses. p789 is not liable for gambling losses incurred through legitimate play on the Platform. Wagering is inherently a risk activity, and Players accept that they may lose funds staked on games and betting markets. p789's liability in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the Player's total net deposits in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

10.4 Third Parties. p789 is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or failures of any third-party service providers, payment processors, game studios, or telecommunications networks whose services are used in connection with the Platform.

11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data provided to p789 is governed by the p789 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating a p789 Account, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Data Protection Compliance. p789 processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations promulgated thereunder by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

11.3 Marketing Communications. With your consent, p789 may send promotional communications regarding bonuses, new games, and platform updates via SMS or other channels. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting p789 support or following the opt-out instructions contained in any marketing message.

12.1 Right to Amend. p789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication on the Platform. Where a change is material, p789 will endeavor to notify registered Players via SMS or on-platform notification with reasonable advance notice.

12.2 Acceptance of Amendments. Your continued use of the p789 Platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.

12.3 Version History. The current version number and effective date of these Terms & Conditions are displayed at the top of this page. p789 maintains version records for a minimum of 24 months following any update.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between p789 and its Players shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For Philippine players, relevant Philippine laws and regulations — including those administered by PAGCOR — shall apply to all matters relating to the operation of the Platform and the resolution of disputes.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the p789 Platform, you are encouraged to first contact p789's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. p789 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. The majority of disputes experienced by Filipino players are resolved by our support team within 48 hours.

13.3 Formal Disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to relevant regulatory authorities or adjudicated in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
